Ordering and delivery
Where possible GentleCeph cooperates with local dealers for distribution, installation and other (after sales) service of its products.

Agreement with GentleCeph or dealer
When placing an order it will be evaluated whether we or one of our resellers is most suitable for delivery of the order. Within two weeks you will be notified by email which party will follow up on the order. In case of delivery through a party other than GentleCeph the conditions of this supplier will apply. Delivery by GentleCeph outside the Netherlands will be according to the conditions as laid out in this section. You will receive a quotation for delivery of the goods and if applicable including installation and suggestion for a delivery moment.

Type
The exact ACC type that is required depends on the make and model of the X-ray device. Based on the information that is provided we will evaluate which type should be delivered. In case of any uncertainty we will contact you.
Changing to another brand or model X-ray device in the future? In most cases a different adapter set will allow you to keep using the ACC. Ask the supplier of your new X-ray device for availability.

Mounting
Our offer will include an amount for installation (if applicable). If we cannot provide this service within reasonable time or costs (for example due to geographical distance) an installation guide will be provided which will allow you to self-install the product or have the product installed by a third party.

Multiple purchases and/ or resellers

Invoicing
When buying from GentleCeph you will receive your invoice upon delivery of the products. Payment condition is within 14 days. In the case of self-installation it is up to the customer to verify the functioning of the product within this period of time.

Return policy
GentleCeph and its dealers ultimately pursue that our products can be used with satisfaction. Extensive validation has not returned any cases of distortion or quality loss of cephalometric X-ray recordings. Such effects can however not be ruled out entirely, considered the interaction with the different hard– and software and the number of system configurations available.
In case of any doubt with regard to the performance or application of the purchased item, please contact us or your supplier. Every matter will be investigated.
If your problem cannot be solved. GentleCeph will take your product back and refund the purchase price, provided the product is returned undamaged, including its accessories.
